Project Manager

Charging Station Design: Lead the design and development of EV charging infra/stations, including DC fast chargers, AC chargers, and associated components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Technical Evaluation: Conduct thorough technical evaluations of charging hardware, software, and network components to assess their performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to e-mobility and charging infrastructure. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance our products.

Testing and Validation: Plan and execute comprehensive testing and validation procedures for charging systems, including performance testing, safety testing, and interoperability testing.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of charging solutions into our e-mobility ecosystem.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all charging solutions meet relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, working closely with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.

Data Analysis: Analyze data from charging stations to identify trends, optimize network performance, and contribute to predictive maintenance strategies.

Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports, to support product development and regulatory submissions.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, sharing your knowledge and experience in e-mobility and charging system design.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

8-12 years of relevant experience in the design and evaluation of electric vehicle charging systems.

Proficiency in CAD software for system design and modeling.

Strong knowledge of industry standards such as SAE J1772, CHAdeMO, CCS, and OCPP.

Experience with energy management systems/CSMS and power electronics is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of sustainability and environmental considerations in e-mobility design is an advantage.
Full Stack MERN Developer

We are looking for an experienced MERN Developer to join our Application Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing change in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
